We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our team at McCormick's, a creative, small-but-growing company in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. This role is for a self-starter who wants to build their own book of business. Once you master our systems and products, you will become the manager of your own accounts. Your success is our top priority, and we provide the support you need to get there.
What You'll Do:
- Own Your Accounts: Interface with customers via phone and email.
- Drive Growth: Maximize opportunities by presenting and closing additional product lines.
- Be the Expert: Educate customers on products, options, and pricing.
- Build a Business: Prepare quotes and proposals, then actively follow up to convert them into orders.
