Inside Sales Associate – $19/hr Uncapped Commission | Hybrid

Are you a motivated communicator who loves to win? Join DRF Water Heating Solutions as an Inside Sales Associate and take control of your earnings. You'll work with warm leads and enjoy uncapped commission on top of a guaranteed $19/hour base.

Top performers earn $60,000–$80,000 per year.

• Engage with potential customers via calls, email, and online chat

• Convert incoming calls and outbound leads into sales

• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs

• Follow-up on leads and deliver excellent post-sale support

• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth service

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals to earn weekly commission

• Develop product and sales skills with the ability to promote to salary role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales-driven and motivated by earning potential

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Friendly, persuasive, and eager to learn

• Organized with strong follow-up habits

• Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM tools

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (especially in home services)
