The Construction Laborer - Track Crew is a vital member of our specialized sports construction team. This role is responsible for performing hands-on labor to build and maintain high-quality athletic tracks. The Construction Laborer - Track Crew is a vital member of our specialized sports construction team. This role is responsible for performing hands-on labor to build and maintain high-quality athletic tracks. Key Responsibilities
Field Operations & Execution
- Perform manual labor on the jobsite as needed to support track crew operations.
- Drive various sized trucks to and from job sites safely.
- Operate forklifts and other specialized construction equipment.
- Assist with material staging, site preparation, and project execution.
- Ensure safety is prioritized in every task and follow all company safety protocols.
- Report directly to the Crew Foreman and follow daily instructions.
- Maintain strict punctuality to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Promote a culture of teamwork and accountability on every jobsite.
- Previous experience in running track construction or general construction preferred
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL Class A is a plus
- Relatively clean motor vehicle record
- Applicants with drug or alcohol driving offenses in the last three years will not be considered
- Other violations evaluated per insurance standards
- Ability to work 40–60 hours per week, including weekends as required
- Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
