Position Overview
The Concrete Finisher supports concrete crews in the demolition, forming, placement, and finishing of concrete surfaces. This is a hands-on field role that requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work as part of a team in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities
Safety & Teamwork
- Ensure safety is followed in all aspects of work and comply with company safety policies
- Report to the Foreman and follow daily jobsite direction
- Maintain punctuality and readiness for daily assignments
- Demo existing concrete as required
- Set concrete forms and rebar
- Place and finish concrete surfaces according to project requirements
- Perform general labor on the jobsite as needed
- Learn to operate skid steers and other equipment necessary for job completion
- Drive various sizes of company trucks to and from job sites as required
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Perform physical labor including lifting, walking, standing for extended periods, and repetitive motion
- Typical schedules include 40–60 hours per week, including some Saturdays
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- One (1) or more years of concrete experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL Class A preferred
- Relatively clean motor vehicle record
- Applicants with drug or alcohol driving offenses in the last five years will not be considered
- Other violations evaluated per insurance standards
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak construction season
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
