Automotive Product Specialist (Bilingual – Spanish/English)

We are seeking a highly motivated Automotive Product Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish/English) who is fluent in Spanish and English to assist customers through both in-person showroom visits and digital sales channels. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who excels at building relationships, managing leads, and delivering an exceptional buying experience for Spanish-speaking customers.

JOB TITLE: Automotive Product Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish/English)

REPORTS TO: Sales Manager

LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH - Kings Auto Mall

A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with customers in person, by phone, text, email, and online chat to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Manage and follow up on digital leads (website, CRM, third-party platforms, and social media inquiries)
• Provide product knowledge, vehicle demonstrations, pricing explanations, and financing options in Spanish and English
• Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business within the Spanish-speaking community
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay informed on current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer programs
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  
  
  

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SELF-STARTER WHO MEETS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) - Required
• Previous automotive sales or customer-facing sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems, and online leads
• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with digital automotive leads
• Knowledge of financing, leasing, and vehicle protection products
• Experience serving bilingual or multicultural customer base
