A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond promptly and professionally to all internet, email, chat, text, and phone inquiries
Qualify leads to understand customer needs, preferences, timeline, and budget
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects using the dealership CRM
Present vehicle information, pricing, incentives, and financing options accurately
Track and document all customer interactions and lead activity in the CRM
Meet or exceed individual and team sales and appointment goals
Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process
Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer programs
WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SELF-STARTER WHO MEETS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus)
Previous automotive sales, internet sales, or customer service experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable communicating via phone, email, text, and digital platforms
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads
Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and basic office software
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver's license
