Duties
- Assess vehicle damage thoroughly by inspecting auto body, mechanical systems, and structural components to determine repair scope
- Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software, ensuring transparency for customers
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair procedures, costs, and timelines to foster trust and satisfaction
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to prioritize repairs and streamline workflow
- Maintain comprehensive records of all estimates, repairs, and customer interactions for quality assurance and accountability
- Assist in managing parts ordering, invoicing, and cash handling processes related to estimates
- Answer phone calls daily and help with customer questions and concerns.
Requirements
- Proven auto body experience or auto service management background with a strong understanding of automotive collision repair procedures
