Responsibilities
- Blueprint and perform collision repairs, including panel, frame, and structural work
- Ensure proper reassembly with attention to fit, finish, and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members such as painters, estimators, and front office staff
- At least two years of collision repair experience
- Knowledge of frame pulling, straightening, and structural repairs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work physically demanding tasks
- Team-oriented attitude and eligibility to work in the U.S. without restrictions
