We are searching for a foreman to supervise and direct our construction crews at project sites.

Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Foreman to lead and supervise a team of skilled workers on our construction projects. This ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the work of construction crews, ensuring adherence to safety regulation, project schedules, and quality standards.
· Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documentation.
· Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
· Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of team members.
· Manage project budgets and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
· Identify and address potential problems or issues proactively.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in landscaping site construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required: an associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
· Valid driver’s license.
