Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plans
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards.
- Hands on working with crew insuring efficiency and quality.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 plus years experience in construction management with a focus on supervising teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including project scheduling.
- Experience in reading blueprints, schematics, and plans effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail in quality control measures.
- Excellent communication skills with computer knowledge
