We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our production operations and facility infrastructure. This position is a full‑time, onsite role on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Monday through Friday.

This position is a full‑time, onsite role on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and scheduled maintenance on production and support equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electro‑mechanical systems, including drives, PLCs, HMIs, PCs, sensors, motors, and machine controls.
- Conduct failure analysis, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with process engineers, operators, and fellow technicians to improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Support and oversee work performed by outside contractors when required.
- Plan, request, and track materials or parts needed for assigned work.
- Participate in Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives to increase equipment uptime and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to maintenance calls and unplanned equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the CMMS (Asset Essentials) and follow established maintenance procedures.
- Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Technicians are fully equipped with company-provided tools – no personal tools required.
- Associate degree in Electro‑Mechanical Technology, Journeyman Electrician certification, or equivalent technical training; OR 3–5 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated experience with PLC, HMI, PC‑based systems, and machinery controls.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with CMMS software and Microsoft Outlook.
- Must be comfortable working in a tempered facility environment.
- Experience in offset or flexographic printing and/or packaging equipment.
- Background in manufacturing, industrial automation, or high‑speed production environments.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, TPM).
