Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area by following proper sanitation procedures and food safety practices.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process orders and payments efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies; restock as needed while adhering to food safety management standards.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours.
- Wait on tables in the bar area.
Skills
- Previous experience working as a bartender or in a restaurant setting is preferred.

Pay
- Pay is $5.00 hourly, plus tip, plus tip share from servers
