Responsibilities
- Assist customers with drink orders and provide knowledgeable support regarding products and services.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Help maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is organized and readily available.
- Collaborate with team members to execute drink orders and special events, ensuring all details are handled seamlessly.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Support bar operations by assisting with setup, service, and breakdown of the bar before/end of shift.
Requirements
- Strong math skills, particularly in retail math, to facilitate accurate transactions and inventory management.
- Previous experience as a bartender is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.
- Experience in bar service is a plus, with knowledge of TABC safety practices being highly desirable.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
- Fully capable of handling additional daily tasks, such as cleaning and stocking as part of a daily checklist.
