Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled menu items, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
- Cook steaks, burgers & seafood over a live fire to order.
- Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.
- Assist with menu planning and recipe adherence to uphold our culinary standards.
- Support food production tasks including braising, poaching, and other cooking methods as needed.
- Handle food with care, practicing proper food handling techniques to ensure safety for all customers.
- Maintain high-volume production during busy service times while keeping the kitchen organized and efficient.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is a must, especially with grilling or high-volume production.
- Knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures is essential. Strong understanding of food handling, recipe adherence, and meal preparation processes.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining speed and accuracy during peak hours.
- A background in fine dining or food industry roles demonstrates your commitment to quality culinary standards.
Pay
- Pay shown is for entry level. Experience will result in a higher pay rate
