Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, this role plays a critical part in creating a positive and professional experience for our visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and be able to work efficiently in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files, including updating records in medical programs.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve any issues or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, document typing, and filing.
- Utilize computer systems to manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including calendar management and scheduling appointments, checking insurance benefits, collecting payments and completing record requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints.
- Ability to lift, move, and transport documents and supplies.
Hours:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 8:45am-1pm and 2:45-6:15pm
Tuesday: 9:45am-1pm
We are closed on Thursdays
