What You’ll Do
- Lead & coach: Develop, mentor, and empower your team across Rigging, Service & Engineered Products. Build a culture of accountability, growth, and safety.
- Drive performance: Own your branch’s P&L, sales targets, and financial results by managing productivity, scheduling, and cost control.
- Grow the business: Expand inspection contracts and uncover opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and new solutions.
- Deliver excellence: Strengthen customer partnerships and create new ones through consultative sales and superior service.
- Operate efficiently: Apply Lean principles to streamline operations, improve delivery, and maximize field utilization.
- Invest in people: Recruit, retain, and promote talent through performance reviews, career pathing, and development plans.
- Proven leadership experience in a sales-driven, service, or industrial environment.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, A/R, and P&L.
- Demonstrated decision-making and time-management skills.
- Established communication and strategic planning ability.
- Experience in leading, developing, and delegating to teams.
- Successful completion of all coursework, OJT, and projects within Mazzella Lifting School (once established).
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check, physical, drug screen, and E-verify.
