The successful candidate will collaborate closely with geoscience, drilling, reservoir, and stimulation engineering teams to integrate geological, geophysical, geochemical, and well-site data into geothermal reservoir development, management, and field operations.
Key responsibilities:
Strong technical background and experience in geothermal systems, particularly high-temperature EGS or next-generation geothermal.
Proven track record in geothermal exploration and development, including site screening, play fairway analysis, heat-in-place assessment, drilling plans, well placement, horizontal well trajectories, and well drilling support.· Experience overseeing or supporting geothermal drilling operations, including mud logging, coring, drilling execution, geologic wellsite supervision, and post-drill data integration.· Experience with geophysical data acquisition, crystalline rock geology, hydrogeology, structural geology, volcanology, and geochemistry applied to geothermal exploration and development.
