Position Summary
The Vice President of Sales is the senior commercial leader responsible for driving Sheffield Metals’ growth in the direct-to-contractor and regional roll former segments, leading a national and regional sales organization, and owning executive-level customer relationships. This role is highly field-facing (approximately 70% travel) and includes meeting in person with the company’s top 10 customers every 3–4 months to drive strategic alignment and growth. A core mandate of this role is to lead the evolution of the sales organization structure by aligning inside and outside sales roles, modernizing coverage models, and driving the change management required to implement new ways of working, while improving win rates, shortening sales cycles, strengthening forecasting, and partnering closely with operations, marketing, pricing, finance, and supply teams to deliver profitable, scalable growth.
