What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Coordinator position at Mayvin, Inc?
Mayvin is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the United States Marshals Service (USMS), Training Division (TD). The Training Coordinator handles a variety of very important administrative tasks for the National Training Academy (NTA) instructors, supporting training operations through organizing materials, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to undergo a Background Investigation (BI)
Responsibilities:
- Create classes in USMS Learning Management System (LMS)
- Manage and maintain name tents, documentation and administrative paperwork, associated with classes
- Oversee and manage information packets
- Update and maintain class folders and electronic records for accreditation
- Review and analyze documents for completeness and accuracy
- Create travel memos
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with the above tasks
- Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees as well as outside sources
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous government training experience
