What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Mayvin, Inc?
Mayvin seeks a Program Manager to support the Federal Protective Services located in the DMV area.
This position is pending contract award.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI)
Responsibilities:
- Estimating Baseline Document (CEBD) or BOE (Basis of Estimate), Analysis of Alternatives
- Knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness Assist in the preparation of presentation materials
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Prepare and assist in development of policy documents, white papers
- Prepare, edit, and assemble reports required for meetings and presentations
- Work effectively with other branches and divisions within the organization to accomplish tasks
- Assist, as needed, with special projects
- Obtain necessary information from appropriate source(s) to complete assigned tasks and share information with others as needed
- Oversee the development, revision, and preparation of training materials
- Oversee the development and editing of regularly scheduled status reports, as requested by the Government Task Manager
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data
- Ability to read and interpret management policy, regulations, and directives
- Knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness.
- Develop, analyze, and track FPS workload data in ongoing dashboard illustrations, including support on impact simulations involving agency resources.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management, or related work with a minimum of 8 of the 12 years in conducting analytical and support activities
- Master's Degree
