What are the responsibilities and job description for the Curriculum Developer Psychological Operations (PSYOPs) position at Mayvin, Inc?
The Curriculum Developer PSYOPs will assist in the development, execution, and periodic review of a Training Support Package (TSP) for engagement operators within an internet-based program in Tampa, FL. This role conducts analysis of training requirements, designs and develops instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements. The Curriculum Developer PSYOPs incorporates authoritative changes, best practice changes, emerging technologies, and proscribed systems into the TSP.
Clearance Required: TS/SCI eligibility required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Responsibilities:
- Design instructionally valid training materials, relevant to the program in accordance with the DOW guidelines/TM/JP and other relevant documents.
- Conduct research of the curricula to determine what materials and resources should be added or adapted to meet learning objectives.
- Ensure integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans.
- Interact with customer and program leadership to ensure instructional content is current, comprehensive and meets the program needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction or Education.
- Experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Requires 3 years of Curriculum Development experience.
- Proficiency/familiarity with LMS (e.g. Articulate 360/Blackboard etc.)
- Familiarity with classification guidelines for development of instructional materials.
- Experience with the Department of War or military operations (PSYOP).
- Knowledge of PSYOP doctrine and principles.
- Experience developing tailored curricula and training modules to a wide variety of audiences.
- Experience identifying training gaps and educational shortfalls through the assessment of existing curricula.
- Experience developing instructional scaffolding training is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instructional or Education.
- USAJFKSWCS graduate is highly preferred.
