What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tactical Information & Analytics (TIA) Acquisition Program Manager position at Mayvin, Inc?
Mayvin is seeking a Program Manager to lead acquisition and program execution activities supporting USSOCOM’s Tactical Information & Analytics portfolio. This includes development, integration, and sustainment of advanced data-driven, intelligence, targeting, and information systems that enable SOF operations across global mission sets. The role serves as the primary interface between government stakeholders, technical teams, and industry partners, ensuring delivery of capabilities aligned with SOF operational requirements.

Must have an active Top Secret clearance
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and oversight of TIA acquisition programs across the full DoW lifecycle (requirements → sustainment).
- Develop and maintain key acquisition documentation: ICDs, CDDs, BOIPs, Test Plans, Acquisition Strategies
- Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk for assigned programs.
- Support rapid prototyping, experimentation, and fielding of SOF capabilities.
- Oversee integration of data analytics platforms, Intelligence systems and ISR capabilities
- Ensure interoperability across joint, interagency, and coalition environments.
- Align technical solutions with SOF mission needs (targeting, influence activities, sensor integration, etc.).
- Serve as primary liaison between USSOCOM PMs / APMs, Government labs, industry partners, and Intelligence Community stakeholders
- Coordinate requirements development and capability prioritization across the enterprise. Drive development of data-centric solutions enabling intelligence discovery and sharing, advanced analytics and decision support, and integration across IC and DoW networks.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams (engineering, analytics, acquisition).
- Manage subcontractors and vendor performance.
- Support transition, execution, and sustainment phases of the contract.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of experience, experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Experience supporting USSOCOM or SOF.
- Strong understanding of Tactical Information & Analytics (TIA) or similar portfolios
- Experience working in a high-tempo, mission-critical environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for briefings and intelligence reports.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interagency partners.
