Requirements
- Oversee the management of web, email, social, event marketing, and sales-related data
- Collect, analyze, and report marketing data to support decision-making and strategy development
- Help develop and implement policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure data quality
- Analyze business needs and document requirements for marketing data projects and initiatives
- Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures to monitor and manage data across the department
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data classification and access controls based on organizational and regulatory requirements
- Monitor industry statistics and follow industry trends
- Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace
- Collaborates with sales and product teams to develop branding messages.
- Identifies target customers and markets.
- Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
- Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
- Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.
- Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred.
- One to three years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field required.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to travel 15% of the time
