About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead and scale operations at our Mooresville facility, driving production growth from 1–2 vehicles per week to 5. This role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, fabrication-focused environment and can manage both shop-floor details and high-level business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all plant operations including production, supply chain, and quality to meet aggressive output goals.
• Implement process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across all departments.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and resource planning to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to align operational goals with company objectives.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the facility.
• Drive a strong culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 10 years of operations/plant management experience in fabrication or job-shop environments.
• Strong knowledge of welding, complex assembly (2,000 parts), and low-volume, high-customization production.
• Proven ability to lead from the ground up — hands-on with fabrication equipment and comfortable in both shop and boardroom settings.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
