We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 3 years of litigation experience to join our Irvine office. This is a hybrid position offering flexibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to handle complex civil and business litigation matters across a wide range of industries.
Key Highlights
- Manage all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations and administrative hearings
- Advise clients on contract disputes, real estate matters, business torts, and commercial litigation
- Draft and negotiate motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic guidance and responsive communication
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar (in good standing)
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $235,000.00 per year
