MAXX Property Management, one of the fastest-growing property management companies in Utah, Western Idaho, and Arizona, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee our entire Utah portfolio of properties.
In this leadership role, you will manage multiple communities and lead a team of Property Managers to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional resident and owner satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven multi-site management experience, financial acumen, and the ability to drive performance and culture across a growing portfolio.
Portfolio Oversight
- Oversee the full Utah portfolio of properties, ensuring consistent operations and alignment with company standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor property performance, curb appeal, and compliance.
- Analyze market conditions across Utah to guide rental rate strategies, marketing efforts, and occupancy goals.
Team & Leadership
- Supervise and mentor Property Managers and on-site teams, providing coaching and accountability.
- Conduct monthly reviews, performance evaluations, and team meetings.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure leasing, move-in, and move-out processes deliver seamless resident experiences across all properties.
- Oversee preventative maintenance, inspections, and vendor relationships.
- Guarantee compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
- Standardize processes across Utah operations to maximize efficiency.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage annual budgets for the Utah portfolio.
- Review and analyze monthly financial reports, rent rolls, and variance statements.
- Monitor operating expenses, rent collections, and capital expenditures.
- Partner with owners and investors to optimize financial performance and protect asset value.
Owner & Investor Relations
- Serve as the primary contact for property owners and investors in Utah.
- Deliver timely, accurate reporting on property and portfolio performance.
- Build strong relationships by aligning property performance with ownership and investment goals.
Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with executive leadership to implement growth strategies, best practices, and process improvements.
- Lead portfolio-wide initiatives, such as marketing campaigns, technology rollouts, and customer service programs.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and revenue growth within the Utah market.
- 3–5 years of experience in multi-site property management or regional leadership.
- 2 years of experience supervising teams of managers or site-level staff.
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); AppFolio experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to properties across Utah.

- Pay: $70,000 – $75,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday; weekends as needed
- Location: On-site in Draper, UT (Relocation required if not local)
