MAXX Property Management, one of the fastest-growing property management companies in Utah, Western Idaho, and Arizona, is seeking an energetic Associate Property Manager / Floating Assistant.
This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are eager to grow in property management or broaden their experience across multiple communities. The role is designed to be flexible, with placement in different locations depending on openings. You’ll also work closely with our corporate office in Draper, UT, making this an ideal position for someone who enjoys variety and is adaptable to changing environments.
As an Associate Property Manager / Floating Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting residents, property managers, and on-site teams. From coordinating showings and facilitating move-ins/move-outs to providing exceptional customer service, you’ll gain hands-on experience across many aspects of property management.
- Represent MAXX Property Management with professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective residents.
- Manage resident move-in and move-out processes to ensure a smooth transition.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Property Managers as needed.
- Assist with other duties that support the success of our properties and teams.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with AppFolio (preferred, but not required).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new situations.
- Positive attitude, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Gain exposure to multiple communities and a variety of property management operations.
