This position offers a guaranteed minimum monthly base salary of $2,500, along with a highly competitive commission and bonus structure designed to reward performance and results.

Requirements
Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative Role:
- Active Property & Casualty License required, or the ability and willingness to obtain licensing within 30 days of employment
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish strong relationships with clients
- Comfortable making outbound calls, following up on leads, and asking for the sale
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- Coachable and open to feedback, training, and continuous professional development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn agency management systems and CRM platforms
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:
- Generate insurance quotes, explain coverage options, deliver professional sales presentations, and confidently close sales opportunities
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to review policies, answer questions, and identify additional coverage needs
- Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, outbound outreach, and relationship-building strategies
- Cross-sell and recommend additional products that align with clients' needs and financial goals
- Maintain knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and company procedures to better serve customers
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals, performance metrics, and customer service expectations
