Customer Service & Sales Representative

Farmers Insurance is currently seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our dedicated team in Elko New Market! If you are passionate about helping others and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Industry experience is not required but if you are licensed and/or have experience working in Home, Auto, or Life insurance please let us know as it may expedite your hiring process.

Starting salary depends on experience and has quick growth potential!

Salary Range: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Bonus Opportunities

• Licensing: WE COVER THE COST and assist you through this process. Must obtain or possess valid Property & Casualty insurance license in Minnesota within the first 60 days of hire.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance industry is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
• Availability: Able to work Monday to Friday during regular business hours in our Mankato, Minnesota office.

• Client Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their insurance coverage needs and provide suitable recommendations.
• Sales Support: Assist in selling insurance policies, processing paperwork, and following up with clients.
• Customer Assistance: Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service to maintain client satisfaction.
• Policy Consultation: Analyze client requirements and explain insurance options in a clear and concise manner.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure efficient office operations.
