Founding Account Executive – New York (Union Square, 5 days in office)
$100k–$160k base double OTE equity
We’re partnered with a high-growth, VC-backed AI startup expanding into the US market, following strong traction in the UK.
They’re building a product that solves complex, high-value workflow challenges for enterprise customers, and are now hiring their first Account Executive in New York to help establish and grow the US presence.
The Opportunity
This is a true founding AE role - you’ll play a key part in building pipeline, closing new business, and shaping how the company approaches the US market.
You’ll be selling a technical, consultative product into sophisticated, detail-oriented buyers, where quality of conversation matters far more than volume.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Building pipeline across the US market
- Running consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders
- Delivering detailed demos of a complex product
- Working closely with leadership on go-to-market strategy
What They’re Looking For
- Account Executive experience in SaaS or technical products
- Experience selling into complex or regulated environments is a plus
- Strong communicator - articulate, credible, and consultative
- Comfortable engaging with analytical or technical stakeholders
- High ownership mindset - someone who thrives in a build-stage environment
