Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time position based in Hershey, PA. The Operations Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, handling scheduling, maintaining organizational records, and providing general administrative support. Additional responsibilities include assisting with customer inquiries, ensuring smooth workflows, and facilitating communication across departments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations and General Administration to manage schedules, records, and workflows efficiently
- Experience in Administrative Assistance, including attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients
- Customer Service skills to address client needs professionally and courteously
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, billing software)
- Prior experience in a sales or fitness / health-related environment is a plus
