Maxim Healthcare in Caryville, TN is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. No homecare experience required. We are also partnered with Johns Hopkins University to offer skill advancement (paid training) if you are interested in furthering your skill set!
Case Details:
- Located in Caryville, TN and surrounding areas
- Adult and pediatric patients, acuity varying from feeding tubes, to trach and vent care
- Schedule: Day shift, night shift; 8s, 10s, and 12 hour shift options
- Paid Training
- Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
