Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN, ensuring quality care and resident safety.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document residents' health status and report changes to the RN.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures.
- Communicate with residents, families, and the care team regarding care needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by facility management.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in Tennessee.
- Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with older adults.
