Recruiter Trainee: $24.04 per hour (first 3 months in the role)
Post-Training Compensation:
- Base Salary: $50,000 per year
- Weekly Commission – currently averaging between $166 and $196 per week
- Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA): $5,000

Qualifications:
