- Recruiter Trainee (first 3 months): $25.64 per hour
- Recruiter I (after training): $50,000 base salary Weekly Commission Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) of $7,500

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration)
