Our Healthcare division here at GQR is expanding our Permanent Division within our RN and Allied team and seeking a highly motivated, and professional Recruiter to join our direct-hire healthcare vertical. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on owning the full recruitment lifecycle—from building new client relationships and driving revenue to sourcing, closing, and placing top healthcare talent.
The Opportunity:
- Source, screen, and engage RN and Allied healthcare professionals for permanent/direct-hire opportunities
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to active searches and long-term market demand
- Own the full candidate lifecycle including outreach, qualification, interview prep, offer negotiation, close, and successful placement
- Balance client expectations and candidate experience to ensure a high-touch, consultative approach on both sides of the desk
- Drive performance through consistent activity, strong pipeline management, successful placements, and revenue generation
What You Bring:
- 2 years of RN/Allied Recruiting in an agency setting
- Strong sourcing, sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Track record of exceeding KPIs, hitting revenue targets, and consistently performing at a high level
- Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable operating in an autonomous, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability, urgency, and a solutions-oriented approach
