Regional Sales Manager – Southeast (Industrial / Manufacturing)
📍 Location: South Carolina (Territory: Southeast U.S. – 2–3 States)
💼 Travel: 50–70%
One of our clients, a global industrial manufacturer, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and expand market share across the Southeast U.S.
This is a high-impact, field-based sales role focused on both new business development and key account management within manufacturing environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Provide technical sales support and product recommendations
- Conduct on-site customer visits, trials, and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with international technical and commercial teams
- Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting, and CRM updates
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of sales experience in:
- Industrial lubricants
- Metalworking fluids
- OR related manufacturing/industrial products
- Fluent in German and English (required)
- Strong understanding of machining and manufacturing processes
- Proven track record of new business development account management
- Ability to work independently and manage a multi-state territory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Experience working with global or cross-functional teams
