About the Role
As a Warehouse Production Specialist, you will play a vital role in the efficient flow of industrial materials, ensuring that our inventory is accurately managed and prepared for distribution. Responsibilities- Coordinate the movement of heavy steel products from receiving through to final shipping, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Optimize storage layouts and designate staging areas to maximize warehouse efficiency and accessibility.
- Maintain precise inventory records by verifying logs, conducting regular counts, and updating our location database.
- Prepare materials for outbound shipment by verifying product locations and resolving any logistical discrepancies.
- Perform essential general labor tasks, including parts cleaning and equipment maintenance, to support daily operations.
- Document all warehouse activities through accurate reporting and data entry, including the use of Excel spreadsheets.
