Industrial Maintenance Technician

Qualifications for the Industrial Maintenance Technician:

• At least 24 months of professional background in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or the repair of processing machinery.
• Proven ability to perform mechanical or electrical diagnostics.
• Experience with MIG, ARC, or Gas welding is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with automated production systems or CNC machinery is highly desirable.

Core Duties:

• Ensure the operational integrity of manufacturing machinery within our precision stone production facility.
• Contribute to team success by executing preventative maintenance, resolving issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems, and assisting with the installation of new equipment.
• Support the fabrication of high-quality granite machine bases and custom components for sectors including aerospace, medical, and semiconductor manufacturing.
• Interpret complex blueprints and electrical schematics to maintain CNC and production hardware.
• Demonstrate the ability to excel while working in a high-speed, demanding production environment.

Required Proficiencies:

• Expertise in mechanical troubleshooting.

Equipment and Technical Tools:

• MIG Welding apparatus.
• Flux-Cored Arc Welding equipment.
