Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

As a Warehouse Logistics Associate, you will play a vital role in the seamless flow of goods within our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure that our supply chain remains efficient by managing inventory movement, executing precise shipping protocols, and maintaining high standards of organization and safety.

• Coordinate the end-to-end shipping process, including packaging, labeling, and generating essential documentation for outgoing freight.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure inventory accuracy and quality compliance.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to safely transport raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage warehouse inventory levels, ensuring supplies are stocked and ready for production needs.
• Collaborate with freight carriers to schedule pickups and streamline logistics operations.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace to support a culture of safety and operational excellence.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine material handling and distribution workflows.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and inventory tracking software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
