You will be instrumental in keeping our production lines running smoothly by managing the upkeep and repair of diverse industrial machinery. Core Duties- Execute regular upkeep and fix industrial hardware and machinery.
- Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults to help maximize equipment uptime.
- Perform thorough checks and proactive maintenance to keep systems running at their best.
- Keep detailed logs documenting all repair work and maintenance tasks.
- Work alongside production staff to pinpoint and fix issues that impact equipment performance.
- Follow all safety guidelines to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team.
- Support the setup of equipment upgrades and new machinery installations.
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities to improve technical expertise.
- Completion of high school or GED; a technical certification or degree is beneficial.
- Demonstrated background working in industrial maintenance or a comparable position.
- Solid grasp of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical system operations.
- Proficiency in analyzing and using technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Capability to function effectively both solo and within a collaborative group.
