Overtime & Operational Expectations
This position requires flexibility, and overtime will be expected as needed to ensure all trucks and trailers are loaded, unloaded, and ready to meet customer delivery schedules. Completing daily shipping commitments is a top priority, and employees in this role must be willing to stay until the work is completed when operational demands require it.
The Warehouse Logistics Associate will work closely with the Operations Manager to prioritize daily tasks, coordinate trailer movements, and execute all assigned responsibilities. Success in this role requires strong communication, teamwork, urgency, and the ability to adapt to changing production and shipping schedules while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Load and unload trailers
- Inspect incoming and outgoing freight - make sure correct pallets are being loaded to what customer ordered
- Organize the dock
- Stage production
- Keep trailers moving efficiently
- Operate a forklift safely

- Help maintain inventory accuracy
