Role Description: As a B2B Outside Sales Representative at Packaging Logistics, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing new customer relationships while expanding existing accounts. You'll be responsible for prospecting, networking, and building long-term partnerships with customers across a variety of industries, while identifying opportunities to increase sales through our comprehensive packaging solutions.
In this role, you'll plan and organize your daily sales activities to maximize customer engagement and market coverage, conduct consultative sales presentations tailored to each customer's packaging needs, and position Packaging Logistics as a trusted resource by understanding and solving customer challenges. You'll maintain accurate customer communications, sales activities, and pipeline updates in Salesforce CRM while collaborating closely with customer service, operations, and supplier partners to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate stays informed on packaging trends, market developments, and competitive activity, actively participates in vendor meetings, training sessions, and industry events, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service by resolving concerns professionally and proactively.
