As a Tooling Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a skilled team of technicians to ensure peak operational performance of all stamping dies. You will drive production excellence by implementing advanced repair strategies and fostering a culture of safety and precision.

• Direct and mentor die maintenance staff to ensure high-quality output and adherence to production schedules.
• Optimize die performance by troubleshooting complex equipment failures and developing innovative repair methodologies.
• Interpret intricate die blueprints to guide the fabrication and modification of precision components.
• Maintain rigorous safety standards across the department to protect team members and equipment.
• Execute hands-on finishing and machining tasks, including manual lathe operations, to meet critical deadlines.
• Analyze maintenance workflows to identify and implement process improvements that reduce downtime.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity within a technical environment.
• Advanced proficiency in manual machining, specifically manual lathe operation and hand grinding.
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and work from complex engineering blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on mechanical troubleshooting and repair.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with preventative maintenance programs for industrial tooling.
• Background in metal stamping or high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Technical certification in tool and die or related machining disciplines.
