About the Role
As a Supply Chain Project Lead, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance our planning processes, optimize resource allocation, and improve information flow across the supply chain. Your primary focus will be on streamlining operations, ensuring efficient material flow, and optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand while maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires expertise in SIOP/MPS/MRP, scheduling, and master data management.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee supply chain planning activities for new product introductions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal resource utilization.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment from suppliers to customers, guaranteeing readiness and responsiveness during Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) cycles.
- Drive project success by managing project plans, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering supply chain projects within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Champion the adoption of best practices in material flow, capacity planning, and inventory management, leveraging supply chain and IT solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication and training programs to ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the broader supply chain strategy, aligning initiatives with divisional and product line objectives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on supply chain management.
- Proficiency in forecasting and demand planning, SIOP/MPS/MRP, scheduling, and master data management.
- Solid communication, follow-up, self-management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Practical knowledge of strategic planning, inventory management, project management methodologies, and business process excellence principles.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
