About the Role
As an HRIS Systems Administrator (also known as HR Technology Specialist, UKG Systems Analyst), you will serve as the primary technical lead for our human capital management platform. You will drive operational efficiency by optimizing system configurations, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering actionable insights that empower organizational decision-making.
Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end administration, security, and maintenance of the UKG Pro platform to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Design and implement complex system workflows, business rules, and security protocols to align with evolving organizational requirements.
- Develop advanced custom reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools to provide leadership with critical data-driven insights.
- Lead system-wide projects including module implementations, version upgrades, and third-party integrations to enhance overall functionality.
- Execute rigorous data audits and validation routines to maintain high standards of data integrity across all HR modules.
- Create comprehensive training documentation and SOPs to improve user adoption and system literacy across the workforce.
- Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and resolve system performance issues to ensure a high-quality user experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing and configuring enterprise-level HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical system solutions.
- Proficiency in data reporting tools, including advanced Excel and BI software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, compliance standards, and data management best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Direct hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) configuration and administration.
- Familiarity with UKG Pro modules such as Recruiting, Performance, Learning, and People Assist.
- Technical knowledge of API integrations and third-party system connectivity.
- Active UKG Pro certification or completion of specialized HRIS training programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related business field.
