We are looking for a driven Recruiting Specialist to assist with our hiring initiatives, connect with job seekers, and foster productive partnerships with area businesses. This position requires a versatile professional capable of managing recruitment tasks, providing high-quality customer service, supporting sales objectives, and overseeing social media outreach within a dynamic, high-energy setting.

Core Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Candidate Interaction

• Identify, evaluate, and conduct interviews with applicants for diverse job openings.
• Coordinate phone and face-to-face meetings to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Foster strong connections with applicants to ensure they feel supported throughout their employment journey.
• Participate in career expos, recruitment functions, and local networking initiatives.
• Ensure that individuals visiting our office receive a warm and professional welcome.

Sales & Business Development

• Articulate the benefits of our services to potential employees, local firms, and community stakeholders.
• Act as a professional ambassador for our brand when addressing workforce requirements.
• Spot new business opportunities to help expand our client base.
• Work alongside the sales department to contribute to the achievement of branch targets.

Digital Presence & Job Advertising

• Develop compelling social media posts to highlight current employment opportunities.
• Oversee and refresh job advertisements across various digital channels.
• Address digital messages promptly to boost candidate interaction.
• Monitor the effectiveness of our online content and suggest strategic adjustments.

Operational & Technical Assistance

• Guide candidates through the digital application process and assist with basic technical needs.
• Keep candidate databases organized and ensure tracking systems are up-to-date.
• Provide general administrative help to ensure smooth office operations.
• Verify that all job listings are precise and meet the specific requirements of our clients.

Requirements

• Background in recruitment, talent placement, or sales-driven customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in managing social media and digital communication.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities to foster connections and advocate for our services.
• Capability to assist others with fundamental computer operations.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively handle competing tasks.
• Possession of a current driver’s license and the ability to commute locally.
