Production Packaging Specialist

As a Production Packaging Specialist, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by ensuring that finished goods meet rigorous quality standards before they reach our customers. You will be responsible for the efficient assembly, inspection, and preparation of products, contributing directly to our team's ability to meet daily production targets while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

• Perform detailed visual inspections to verify product quality and compliance with established specifications.
• Assemble and prepare packaging materials, ensuring products are correctly identified and organized to prevent mixing.
• Maintain high throughput by meeting daily production quotas while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Support facility safety and cleanliness initiatives by adhering to all operational protocols and maintaining an orderly work area.
• Assist in the processing of scrap materials through grinding operations as needed to support waste reduction goals.
• Provide guidance and support to new team members to ensure consistent adherence to standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods during shift hours.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to distinguish between major and minor product defects.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow written safety and packaging instructions.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with ISO-compliant quality processes and documentation.
