Production Logistics Coordinator

As a Production Logistics Coordinator, you will serve as the heartbeat of our specialized bottling operations, ensuring seamless workflow and inventory precision. You will play a pivotal role in driving production efficiency by managing critical component preparation and coordinating cross-functional logistics to meet high-demand output goals.

• Oversee the end-to-end preparation of labels and medallions, ensuring alignment with fast-paced production schedules.
• Manage component inventory levels proactively to prevent bottlenecks and maintain continuous line operation.
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized printing equipment to ensure high-quality output for premium product lines.
• Facilitate logistical coordination for site-to-site shipments while maintaining strong communication with distribution partners.
• Analyze production data and maintain accurate tracking documentation to support operational transparency.
• Provide hands-on support to the production floor, acting as a key resource for team troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Collaborate with brand management and internal stakeholders to execute customer-specific product requirements.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel for data management.
