Production Floor Supervisor

As a Production Floor Lead, you will serve as the primary driver of operational efficiency and team performance on the assembly floor. You will be responsible for balancing production demands with quality standards, ensuring that our manufacturing output consistently meets high-level organizational goals while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

• Direct daily assembly workflows to ensure production schedules are achieved with maximum efficiency.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
• Mentor and develop assembly personnel to elevate team skill sets and overall output quality.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
• Coordinate across departments to streamline logistics, maintenance, and quality assurance processes.
• Manage administrative documentation, including production reporting and attendance tracking, to support operational transparency.
• Lead root cause analysis initiatives to minimize defects and enhance long-term manufacturing processes.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage daily production operations.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards.

Preferred Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience utilizing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement projects in a production setting.
